We, Dominus Vegas SRL (hereinafter referred to as Dominus Residence), have taken technical and organizational measures to comply with personal data against loss, alteration or to eliminate the risks of unauthorized access.
Thus, personal data processed by us is in accordance with the legal provisions on personal data protection and EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter GDPR)
IMPORTANT: Please note that our site is for people aged over 18.

I. DEFINITIONS:
a. Personal data – any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“the data subject”); an identifiable natural person is a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier, such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or one or more specific elements of his or her physical, physiological, genetic, psychic, economic, cultural or social identity
b. Sensitive data – information about your racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, health, sexual or sexual orientation, genetic information, criminal history and any other biometric data used for unique identification purposes.

What data do we process?
The type of personal data to be processed by Dominus Residence is given as: name, surname, postal address, billing address, e-mail address, telephone number, information about your reservation, stay or hotel visit our; participating in a membership program or loyalty program by participating in a contest, a raffle or a marketing program; information on the purchase and receipt of products or services; personal characteristics, nationality, passport number and date and place of release; payment information, such as your payment card number and other billing and account information, as well as authentication and other billing details and account associated with mobile payments; customer preferences; marketing and communication preferences; vehicle information you can bring on our properties; affiliation to a frequent flyer program or travel partner program and membership number; hotel, airline and reserved cars; groups you are associated with for staying at the hotel.
In general, we do not collect sensitive information unless it is voluntarily offered to you or if we are required to do so in accordance with applicable laws or regulations. We can use the health data provided by you to better serve and meet your special needs (eg, providing access for people with disabilities).
How do we get personal data?
We can collect your personal data generally in the following situations:
• By filling in the accommodation forms, you give us access to your above-mentioned data that we will use to process the services you require.
• When you contact us or send us a request;
• When you benefit from our services;
• When making a reservation via e-mail, the online accommodation form or directly to the recipients
